- Escort cards have the Guest Name on the first page and their Table Number on the inside. They are usually placed in Alphabetical order on a Table in the Reception area.
- We offer 2 choices of format including our new Exclusive range card, which can also feature The Menu and Toasts for the evening.

This Escort card is 100mm wide x 100mm deep, folded to 100mm x 50mm.
The front can be printed with a logo or name. The Guest names are usually printed in the centre of the card and can be printed formally – Mr & Mrs A Cohen or informally Joan & Alan Cohen or indeed just Joan and Alan.
Our popular Diamond Escort card allows a little extra space to cope with Guests with long surnames.
Do always allow yourselves a few “spare” cards.

This Escort card is 160mm wide x 120mm deep, folded to 80mm x 120mm.
- The most economic way to give Guests a Toast list and a Menu.
- The front page is similar to a traditional Escort card
- Page 2 is used to detail the Order of Events, Toasts and Speeches.
- Page 3 Features the Menu as appropriate to that Guest.
- Page 4 Can be used for a nice note or Thank from the Celebrant.
